Is the estimate free?
Yes, The first estimate is completely free, if there are lots of revisions and more estimates asked for after the first one, they may be a charge.
Can I choose the Sub- Contractors
Typically no, Triple Punch Construction has built trust with local Subs that they know their work craftsmanship, communication skill, and integrity. That said we are willing to work with the clients if they have relationships with subs they know although we can’t warranty any work done by these subs.
Do I need to move my personal stuff during the remodel?
It depends, on the situation and the size of the remodel. For whole house remodels, I typically ask the clients to find a different place to live. Remodels can be stressful, dusty, and overwhelming at times. So if the clients have another place to reside during the remodel it can be a sense of normalcy to not have all the noises, smells and the chaos you might have while trying to live in the house while its all going on. At the same time, I know life doesn’t always allow for all the conveniences we would like so I try to work with my clients to accommodate them as best I can.
